Ibikoresho by’umutsima:
– Ifu y’ingano: 2½ ibikombe
– Isukari: uduce 2
– Umunyu: ½ akayiko
– Amavuta y’inka akonje: 250g
– Amazi akonje cyane: uduce 6
Ibikoresho by’imbuto:
– Pomme: ibikombe 6 (zingana n’imbuto 6)
– Isukari: igikombe 1
– Ifu y’ingano: uduce 2
– Jus y’indimu: akayiko 1
– Cinnamon: akayiko 1
– Nutmeg: ¼ akayiko
– Umunyu: ¼ akayiko
Uko bikorwa:
1. Umutsima: Vanga ifu, isukari n’umunyu. Shyiramo amavuta y’inka akonje, uvange kugeza bibaye utubumbe. Shyiramo amazi buhoro buhoro kugeza bigize umutsima. Ugabanye kabiri, upfundikire, ubishyire mu frigo isaha 1.
2. Imbuto: Kata pomme, uzivange n’ibindi bikoresho byose.
3. Guteka: Shyushya oven kuri 210°C. Teka umutsima wa mbere, ushyiremo imbuto, upfundikire n’umutsima wa kabiri. Teka iminota 15, ugabanye ubushyuhe kuri 180°C, ukomeze iminota 40.
4. Gutegura: Reba ko isafuriya yahindutse ibara ry’icunga, uyikuremo, uyikorere ishyushye n’ice cream cyangwa cream.
